2 lbs 10.7 oz, 14.75″ long, 12 weeks early. Full name: Ryan Scott Matteo.
Mom and baby are pretty much fine. Lisa was having a rough time of it recovering from a “C” section under a general anesthetic. They gave her Ptosin to continue contractions after Ryan was born to aid in healing and recovery. She turned out to be very sensitive to Ptosin and the contractions afterwards were just as bad as the “real” ones the night before. Thankfully decided to stop the Ptosin. By that evening Lisa “was herself” again.
Ryan was doing as good as could be expected. He was placed on a warming table and had a couple of machines hooked up to him. I think he was pissed we went and messed up his morning.
